It is our mission to help single moms and their children face their future with confidence. Shepherd's Village is a private donor-funded 501 (c) (3) that does not receive government funding. As a ministry, we stand in the gap for single moms and their children. We are the only faith-based single mother housing program in Pinellas County, Florida, for 30 years. We offer free, online Life Skills Cou

rses, 24-hour prayer line, and "It's a Single Mom Thing" podcast, so more women across the country can experience healing, safety, and restoration.

📬 **You've Been Assigned...**

Imagine opening your mailbox and finding a certified letter from God.

You tear it open expecting directions for your next relationship, your next opportunity, or your next breakthrough.

Instead, it says:

**Congratulations. You've been assigned to healing.**

Ouch.

Not exactly the assignment most of us would apply for.

As single moms, we're often so busy surviving that we never stop to heal. We keep moving, keep pushing, keep showing up for everyone else while carrying wounds that still need God's touch.

But what if healing isn't standing in the way of your purpose?

What if healing is part of your purpose?

Sometimes it looks like slowing down. 💛

So many women are carrying heavy seasons right now:
unexpected interruptions, health struggles, emotional exhaustion, changed plans, uncertainty, and the pressure to keep pushing through.

But what if slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind?

What if God is still guiding… even in the fog?
What if the interruption isn’t the punishment… but part of the provision?
