The walls of Jericho came down again this past Sunday. This time, they were built with animal crackers and gummy bears!

Our kids had a great time learning how God gave victory to His people and how we can trust Him to keep His promises.

Ladies: let us open and diligently study Scripture together (2 Tim. 2:15) and —under the teaching and guidance of the Holy Spirit— encourage one another to be women of the Word. Please note that this study is not a program or a new strategy to evangelize, as there is nothing new under the sun (Eccl. 1:9-10). Rather, the purpose of the study is to help us develop gospel fluency and biblical literacy in what Jeff Dodge calls “gospel theology.”

Thus, we will discuss soteriology, Christology, and foundational gospel truths. The study is also a call for holiness as our Lord God uses the Holy Spirit to empower the witness of those who are Christlike. It is also an admonition to be women who call upon the name of the Lord (Gen.4:26; Rom. 10:13), and intercede for the salvation of others. Simply put, we will learn not to be ashamed of the gospel, because “it is the power of God to save those who believe” (Rom. 1:16).

So please join us in studying the Scripture together and reading Jeff Dodge’s “Gospel 101” starting Tuesday, March 17th, 2026. We look forward to seeing you and growing together as women of the Lord! 🙏

We are so thankful for these young hearts hiding God’s Word in their hearts! There is nothing sweeter than hearing children boldly recite Scripture before the church family.

May the Word they speak today shape their lives for years to come. The Word of God does not return void. What is being planted now will bear fruit for years to come.

We are grateful, hopeful, and expectant for what the Lord is doing in these young lives!
