Why Pray Before Bedtime?

3. Find Peace: Center yourself in His love and grace, creating a sanctuary of calm before sleep.

4. Seek Guidance: Ask for wisdom and strength for tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities.

Father, tonight I pause to thank You. Thank You for the gift of this day, for the little joys, and even for the challenges. Thank You for the people in my life and the blessings I often overlook. As I close my eyes, help me to focus on gratitude instead of worry. Fill my heart with contentment and remind me that every good thing comes from You. Amen.
