Hi friends. As you know, Our Saviour partners with South Suburban College's adult education program to offer ESL and GED classes here in Lansing. They are now trying to expand their adult literacy program, and need volunteer tutors. I know they would love your help, and you would be doing a real service to the people of this community. ~Pr. Dearest Our Saviour saints, Pr. Kyle here reporting from Synod Assembly. I am proud to share that The Rev. Erik Christensen has been elected bishop of the Metropolitan Chicago Synod, of which we are a part. I have known Pr. Erik for almost 20 years, and look forward to sharing a bit of his story with you tomorrow morning in worship.
