Kingdom Rock Choir is for children from grades 3 to 6. They prepare one major presentation per semester and may sing a couple times per year during Sunday morning services. This is a great place for kids to learn to serve in the church and also learn scripture and God’s truth through music. The group rehearses typically from 6 PM to 7 PM on Sunday nights. We will reconvene from the summer break starting on Sept. 20. Register your child for this season of kids choir.

Bible Studies for Women
We welcome all women to join us as we study the book of Joshua beginning the week of September 13th. Be sure to register at southlife.org/women by Aug. 30 to reserve a workbook.

The book of Joshua chronicles God’s continuing faithfulness to fulfill His covenant promises to Abraham. It is a book of transitions, in which Joshua rises to leadership and the people of God step across the Jordan into the long-awaited land of promise. The task of possessing the land will test the limits of their strength and their courage, but God’s covenant will not fail them. And Joshua’s faithful example will whisper toward the perfect faithfulness of Christ Himself.

The “UNEXPECTED” women’s fall event is coming September 15th. We can’t share all of the fun, inspirational and surprising elements of the evening or it would no longer be “unexpected”.

We have an amazing guest lined up, a very ‘cool’ dessert and we guarantee you will have an unforgettable evening.

They just don’t make them like this anymore! Do you own a classic car or know someone who should bring theirs? We would love to have those cars join in on the fun. Then while you are enjoying all that South Fest offers, stop by the classic car show. Be sure to thank the classic car owners for bringing their cars and remember to vote for your favorite.
