Just a reminder! Tomorrow the Pastoral Search Committee has arranged for BWCC to host Pastor Chad Benkert for our Sunday morning service. A potluck will follow after service for individuals and groups to have a chance to meet and chat with him.
If you can make it in person to hear him speak, we are encouraging that as much as possible. If you cannot make it, facebook will still host the live stream, as well as on our website. Service begins at 10am as usual.
A little about Chad, Pastor Chad and his wife, Dana, are currently living in Matamoras, Pennsylvania where Pastor Chad is serving as interim pastor at The Church at Hemlock Farms. Pastor Chad previously spent time as a Lead Pastor at Urbandale Covenant Church in Alaska. He also spent time as a youth pastor while serving in Alaska. Pastor Chad has over 20 years of pastoral experience. He and his wife are looking for a permanent position within the Covenant Church and to settle in the Lansing area where they can be closer to their son and his family.
This is an exciting Sunday for us and we can’t wait to hear the message God has in store for us through Pastor Chad.
