We would like to announce that tomorrow will be the official start of our new Children's Ministry, taught by Ms. Sabrina Batarseh!

Rawan’s uncle, Pastor Ghaleb Kawar was called home today.
To us, it is a loss, but to the Kingdom of God it is a gain.
He has faught the good fight and planted seeds in others which will continue to reap good fruit for the Kingdom of God.
Let us pray for comfort and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding for their family at this time.

We are in a season of transition! Our pastor, Jonathan Vitale, recently resigned as pastor, as he and his family are moving back to Michigan. If you are part of our extended church family, please pray for the right candidate to come and fill the role of pastor. If you are considering visiting our church (or you’ve been gone a while), please don’t hesitate. In this interim period, Pastor Jonathan is commuting to Lansing Assembly on the weekends to oversee and preach for our Sunday gatherings. It’s a challenging time, but an encouraging time, nonetheless. We still believe that Lansing Assembly’s best days are still ahead and that our future is even brighter, because of the mission Christ has called us to. If you live in the southeast Chicago suburbs or Northwest Indiana, yet don’t have a church home, you do now! Please come worship with us on Sunday at 10:30am (2990 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL, 60438).
