Did you know we have a whole stack of games that have been donated to us over the years?

Card games, board games, role-playing games, whatever you like. And if you don't like, you can bring your own! (You don't have to leave it behind.)

Game Night is coming up on September 19, 5-8pm. Any kind of games you like. Free, all ages, drop in and out as you like.

If you've ever been in circle and felt nothing while everyone around you seemed lit up from inside with some secret shared experience, guess what? You're not alone, AND you're also not doing it wrong. Ecstatic experience is often random and unevenly distributed within a single ritual. Not everybody gets the same thing out of the same ritual, and that's perfectly normal.

We're talking about all of this tonight with our discussion on Ecstasy, including things that might be blocking your own connection to ecstatic ritual and how to open that connection back up.

Bring your questions, and definitely bring your questionable ritual experiences!

This raggedy dolly has been sitting here patiently, waiting for a little one to come play with her.

The next opportunity is today, from 4-7pm. Drop-in playgroup for all ages, every Tuesday. Kids get to play, grownups can talk to other adults, and anybody can take a breather in the sensory room.

Free to attend, walk in anytime, stay 10 minutes or 3 hours. No rules or requirements, just friends. Register if you want us to count you in for snacks and activities.

There's no "front of the room" at Divination Roundtable.

Everybody brings their own tools and questions in: decks of cards, a set of runes, a pendulum, 30 years of professional experience or 4 months of practice and a lot of questions. There's no judgement or rank, because even after 30 years of practice there's still things to learn ... and sometimes it's that newbie breaking in their first deck that stumbles upon a new revelation that's worth sharing.

You'll probably learn something. You'll probably also teach something, maybe by accident. Maybe you can share a new shuffle, a new spread, or a new way of thinking about a particular card or rune.

Even if you just bring your curiosity, we have plenty of tools and books and minds for you to borrow. Free event, walk-in anytime from 5-8.

And if you register, we'll make sure there's enough tables and chairs for you.

Things don't always get put exactly where they belong when we're in a hurry.

That's what Green Man Day is for: helping all our decorations, tools, ritual gear, and other supplies find their way home.

This is our monthly hands-on work party. We'll mostly be indoors at Weavers clearing out the last of the summer supplies, prepping the trailer for our Mabon ritual at Fenner, and chipping away at maintenance, library, and storage duties. Weather permitting we'll send a crew out to the Jolly Road property to clean up grass and trails.

No skills required. If you're a good handyman, that's fantastic. If you're good at putting things in boxes and talking while you do it, come on and join the party.

Drop-in friendly. Wear something you don't mind getting sweaty or dirty. We have lots of different things that need doing, and we can match tasks to your abilities. Just show up and check-in with Ella or another Weavers staff member. Register if you want us to be able to email you with updates.

There's a Crow Party happening two days after our next Crafty Vibes session. Got a costume or other bit of crafty corvid flair still needing finished? This is prime time to knock it out with company (and feedback).

Not making anything crow-related? Bring whatever WIPs you've got. All projects are welcome here.

Free, drop-in, in-person or on Zoom if the couch is more comfortable this week.

There's a common assumption that mystery religions keep secrets because the information is dangerous, or because they want power. But that's not really it; the mysteries CAN'T be told, any more than the visual beauty of a rainbow or the audio beauty of a large choir can be adequately described in words.

"Ekstasis" is the Greek word for standing outside yourself, and it's the root of both the English word "ecstasy" and the experience that is central to our rituals. Next week we'll be talking about ecstasy for our Weaving the Web discussion: what it feels like from the inside, how different religions and traditions work with it, and what it takes to bring a room full of separate minds into one shared mystery.

Little Ones & Kindred is now fully staffed for every Tuesday through the end of November. Same day of the week, same time, all fall. We're getting them on the actual calendar as fast as we can, but we wanted to let you know that. We're committed to making this thing happen!

Tuesdays, 4-7pm, drop-in whenever, leave when you need to. The sensory-friendly room is always open with squishies and fidgets and quiet, the craft and coloring supplies are out, and there's a playground nearby on the River Trail if the weather is good. All ages are welcome, and our hosts are background-checked and safety-trained.

You don't have to be pagan, or a member of Weavers. You just need to be looking for community with diversity. It's free; registering helps us plan for snacks and activities.

Next date is September 8.

Once upon a time, there was this weird niche series of books.

And then one day, suddenly they were EVERYWHERE. Their fans started showing up on general Facebook feeds. And then they were in the church. And then they were even in the Ravelry groups.

So with another Crafty Vibes coming up today, we have to ask: what fan crafts are YOU making this week?

Tonight we're talking about chakras, and there are so many different paths for working with the human energy body; the Weavers way is just one. You don't need to have done this before, and you don't have to do it the same way we do. Just bring yourself and your own experiences, and we'll share and learn together.

See you tonight at 6!
