A STORMY WEEK!🌪️⚡️

Our church felt the impact firsthand when multiple trees fell and a branch pierced our roof, flooding part of the sanctuary.

Even in the middle of the chaos, God’s goodness has rained down on us! 🤭

⭐️ Our church family stepped up immediately to clear the fallen trees and clean up the sanctuary.

⭐️ ComEd used our parking lot as a base camp and we were able to show them Christ’s love by serving them breakfast.

⭐️ The church is overflowing with testimonies of how God protected and provided during the storm!!

⭐️We were still able to gather together at LWC and worship together!

The list could go on and on because that’s how great our God is!!

God is good and remember….

You don’t have to do anything alone. He is with you always. ❤️

We SO appreciate the hardworking utility workers out trying to get our lives back to normal. Living Word has become a staging area for ComEd and other storm relief utilities.

Our Living Word ladies are providing coffee, breakfast, and snacks to any drivers and workers who are parked in our parking lot. We can’t all be heroes, but we can support those in our vicinity!
