Softball is cancelled tonight

Calling all softball enthusiasts!! Our softball season is starting here at CUMC! Once again we will be playing all of our games on Tuesday evenings at 7 PM (warmups at 6:30 PM). Games will begin on May 5.

If you are interested in joining, come on out to the field! You do not have to be a member of the church to play–feel free to invite a friend! Youth ages 13 and up are welcome to play with a responsible adult at the field.

Christ is Risen! For anyone planning to attend Sonrise Service, we will be inside the sanctuary this morning at 6:30 AM to avoid the rain that’s on and off this morning. See you soon!

Please note that the church office will be closed tomorrow, Monday, February 23. Please do not come into the church during office hours for normal business--call and leave a message or email the person with whom you need to speak.

We will keep an eye on conditions and send out an email tomorrow with an update for the evening.

If you know someone who does not regularly check technology, please reach out to them via phone today to let them know that the office is closed and they need to check their email or Facebook before leaving for the church!

Just a reminder that the Friendly Seniors will NOT be meeting today for the Cooking for Code Blue event.

Good evening, everyone, we hope this post finds you and your loved ones safe and warm.

In light of the continuing precipitation and the status of the surrounding roads and the parking lot, the church property will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26th. Small groups should plan to meet virtually or postpone until next week. Group leaders, please check in with your group members to make them aware of the plan for your group tomorrow and ensure that nobody mistakenly comes to the church. Members, please contact your group leader for information about what your particular group will be doing.

Depending on what the weather brings to us tonight and how quickly plow crews are able to safely clear roadways, we may need to have a weather plan for Tuesday. As always, please check your email and/or Facebook before leaving for the church property.

If you know someone who does not regularly check technology, please reach out to them to let them know the latest weather updates.

Please be in prayer for the safety of those at home and especially for those who must be on the roads at this time.
