Thanks to all who shopped & helped us raise funds for these organizations ahead of the upcoming holiday season.

For over 60 years, Wissahickon Trails has worked to engage diverse communities of people to protect and enjoy the land and waterways of the Wissahickon Valley. Our partnerships with neighbors, activists, and local governments are essential to our work. Together, we use preservation and scientific innovation to strengthen our local ecosystems.

Spotlight on St John’s Good Samaritan Fund

The fund is used to help folks with immediate needs, such as payment of an electric bill, oil bill, medical bill, etc. The maximum for any one payment is about $200, and is paid directly to the collector of the bill (such as, the electric company). Payments are made at the discretion of the pastors.

Mission: to create homes for youth and young adults who have been homeless or aged out of the foster care system.

Marvin's Home

Marvin's Home is a charity that furnishes homes for young adults aged out of foster care or homeless. We receive household donations from the community to use for installs or sell through Home on Main to fund our program.
