PGMA Social Services Food Distribution is back this Saturday, May 30th! 🥕📦

Join us for our monthly Drive-Thru Food Distribution from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at PGMA, inshAllah.

This distribution takes place every last Saturday of the month and is open to the entire community. Whether you’re picking up for your family or know someone who may benefit, we encourage everyone to share and spread the word.

Protecting the House of Allah: Active Threat Awareness & Response

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah,

Dear PGMA Family,

In light of the tragic shooting that took place at the Islamic Center of San Diego, many communities across the country are being reminded of the importance of preparedness, awareness, and protecting our masaajid.

Join us this Wednesday, May 20 at PGMA for a practical 1-hour mosque safety class focused on helping our community stay alert, prepared, and calm in the face of potential threats.

In collaboration with Priority One Consulting

Topics Covered:
• Recognizing suspicious behavior and warning signs
• Situational awareness inside and outside the masjid
• Run, Hide, Fight response principles
• Protecting families, children, and elders
• Emergency evacuation and lockdown procedures
• Communication with law enforcement and emergency responders
• Basic trauma and bleeding control awareness
• Building a calm, prepared, and safety-conscious community

This session is about preparation, not fear. Protecting our communities is a shared responsibility, and taking proactive steps can save lives.
