New Song is dedicated to “Magnifying God and Making Disciples in our neighborhoods and all the nations” with the Love of God and the life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We do this by holding forth the Word of Life and developing Christ followers who are W.O.R.D. driven and Spirit-led disciples of Jesus Christ. Our History began when God placed it on the heart of our Senior Pastor

to plant a non-denominational, disciple-making church. In 1990, Dr. Bernard T. Fuller formed a church planting team, where his vision finally came to fruition. On November 4,1990, New Song Bible Fellowship had its first public worship service, which took place in the chapel of Washington Bible College in Lanham, Maryland. Since then, God has blessed us to begin over 50 different ministries within our church and community as well as internationally. Our Goal is to magnify God and make disciples by growing God’s family one disciple at a time (Matthew 28:18-20). Come and join us as we fulfill God’s mission around the world! New Song exists to glorify God by assisting people in improving their quality of L.I.F.E. by becoming faithfully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We do this by recruiting, connecting, teaching, and training followers to be W.O.R.D. driven and Spirit-led; for the purpose of establishing God’s kingdom through unity and love throughout the world.

Community Cookout and Family Reunion

Bring your family and invite your friends and neighbors for a joyful time of food, fellowship, and reconnection. Former members, former leaders, ministry partners, and everyone who has been part of New Song’s journey are warmly invited to join us.

Sunday, September 13 at 10:00 AM

Memorial Worship Service

During this special service, we will honor members of our New Song family who have gone home to be with the Lord, recognize their loved ones, celebrate the legacy of our church family, and remember God’s faithfulness through every season.

Our Goal: Remember • Reconnect • Reach

REMEMBER our history, our nation, and those who have gone before us.

RECONNECT with former members, families, neighbors, and friends.

REACH our community with the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We remember where we have been.
We remember who has walked with us.
We remember what God has done for us.
And we remember why God has placed us here.
