Parkland Church is a neighborhood church in the Parkland section of Langhorne in Middletown Twp, Bucks County, PA. Our Sunday contemporary worship service at 9:30 am is casual and joyful! We serve our community and those in need regularly and invite the whole community to take part. Children's messages, special events, and Bible studies are here as well.

Last week was Pentecost - the Holy Spirit arrives, God intentionally celebrates diversity and the church - the fellowship of all sorts of believers - is born! This week, we'll talk about how the Holy Spirit gives us gifts (1 Corinthians 12:1-11) and how we can pour out these gifts. We are travelling through our sermon series and taking a look at what Pentecost really means for us as individuals and as a church (us as a group, not the building). Come! This Sunday is Pentecost - the gifting of the Holy Spirit, the fulfillment of that promise. The birthday of the "church". And how it happened was no accident. Let's talk about God's intention that we embrace and celebrate our diversity within our unity as His children! The scripture we'll talk about is Acts 2:1-21. We hear churchy phrases like "being sent" or "making disciples" - what does that mean exactly? Let's check in with Jesus, and hear what He said when He sent the disciples out with instructions for teaching and leading people to Christ. It's called the Great Commission in Matthew 28. Let's check it out together. No worries about where you're at in your faith journey, or if you haven't started, it's all good. And no worries on what to wear - we are casual, come as you are. Mark your calendars and buy your "tickets"! All proceeds from ticket sales go to purchase farm-fresh produce for the Operation Crop Drop free farm stand in Levittown. Take a stand against hunger, support local farms, and "grow community"! Tickets do not include any food or drink - they are fundraising only.
