Angelview Baptist Church, New Kent VA, is a prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who is dedicated to the ministry of Jesus Christ.
Qualifications:
•Must be a duly ordained Baptist minister.
•Must be a licensed Baptist minister.
•Must possess the qualities that are outlined on 1Timothy 3:1-7, 1Peter 5:2-3 and Titus 1:5-9
•Must possess a genuine testimony of their calling by God to preach the gospel.
•Must be equipped to effectively carry out the mission and vision of the church of Jesus Christ with a genuine love for all God’s people.
•Must be born again and filled with the Holy Spirit.
•Must be a visionary.
•Must have exemplary leadership skills.
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must have exemplary organizational skills.
•Must have exemplary interpersonal skills.
Duties include but not limited to:
•Ministering/Preaching Sunday Worship services.
•Teaching/ministering midweek services.
•Provide spiritual guidance.
