Sword of the Spirit Ministries in Capitol Heights, Maryland, is a non-denominational ministry that is open to everyone. When you visit us, you will grow fast in your faith, experience a quicker journey, and overcome obstacles more easily. We exist to serve God and have more than 35 years of experience doing just that. We do not consider this work; the opportunity to serve is a fun and exciting privilege.

A ten-year-old little girl was asked by another classmate, "What is it like to be a Christian?" The girl replied, "It's like being a pumpkin. God picks you from the patch, brings you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. Then He cuts open the top and scoops out all the yucky stuff. He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc., and then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for the entire world to see."
