The secret to walking with God is this:

Seek Him for Him.
Worship Him for who He is.
Nothing else matters.

David was faithful in the field before he ever sat on the throne.

His focus was the heart of God, not the position God would give him.

Sometimes we spend so much time praying for what God has promised that we neglect the One who promised it.

Seek Him, not just what He can give you. The rest will follow.

I am reminded of this verse:

“The smallest family will become a thousand people, and the tiniest group will become a mighty nation. At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen.”
— ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭60‬:‭22‬

There is someone who needs to hear this: God has an appointed time for you. No matter where your starting point is, the Lord can and will make it happen.

Somebody receive this prophetic declaration by typing “Amen”!

Sometimes God shows us where He’s taking us, and we get so excited about the destination that we get ahead of Him.

We want to announce what He hasn’t released yet, move before He says move, and in the process create battles we were never meant to fight.

Joseph had the dream long before he had the position.

There is an appointed time for what God has spoken over us to manifest.

Our part is to stay submitted to the process. When we do, His grace will carry us through it and keep us on course.

Don’t rush what God is preparing. Trust His timing. ✨

I was made to glorify God.

My life is not my own — it is an offering, a living sacrifice laid before Him.

And that’s the heart of building an altar:
a life continually surrendered to God.

What are you building with your life?

An altar is more than a place you visit.
It’s a place you build.

What are you building before God, and what is being established through your altar?
