I love being a priest!

On Thursday, we witnessed the election of our Holy Father, Leo XIV.
On Friday, I traveled to the seminary for the episcopal ordination of Bishop Gregg Caggianelli, the former vice rector and my homiletics professor.
On Saturday, I baptized Capri Marina and welcomed her into the body of Christ and rejoiced with her family, for whom I’ve celebrated many sacraments.

We give thanks and praise for the election of Pope Leo XIV. At the parish, we celebrated the evening Mass specifically For the Pope, surrounding him with our prayers and asking God’s abundant graces on him.
