🙏 Draw near to God.

📖 “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8 (NASB)

The closer you get to Him, the more you discover that He was never far away. Put down the distractions, quiet the noise, and make room for His presence. You don't have to have it all together to come to Him—just come with a willing heart.

🙌 Prayer:
Lord, draw my heart closer to You today. Let my desire for Your presence be greater than my distractions, my trust greater than my fears, and my love for You greater than my love for the things of this world. Help me seek You first and walk closely with You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Join us in prayer for Panama after a magnitude 7.7 earthquake struck the country's Azuero Peninsula several days ago, with significant damage and severe injuries reported in the Veraguas, Herrera, and Los Santos provinces. We pray especially for those who have lost their homes and livelihoods, and for the first responders assisting evacuees and those who have been injured.

🙏 Submit to God

📖 “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7

Submission is not weakness; it’s surrender to the One who knows best. Before you can resist the enemy, you must first yield to God. You cannot fight spiritual battles while holding tightly to your own way.

🙏 Prayer: Lord, I surrender my will, my thoughts, and my desires to You. Help me stop fighting for control and start trusting Your authority. Teach me to submit to You first, so I can stand firm against the enemy. In Jesus’ name, amen.

🔥 Today’s challenge: Before you resist temptation, submit your heart to God. Victory begins with surrender.

🔥 Know Your Enemy

📖“Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7

The devil doesn’t always tempt you to abandon God; sometimes he simply distracts you from pursuing Him. He whispers lies, magnifies fear, and makes compromise look harmless.
Remember: The enemy may be real, but he is not greater than the One who lives in you!

🙏 Prayer: Lord, sharpen my discernment to recognize the enemy’s lies. Help me stand firm in Your truth, resist temptation, and walk daily in the victory Jesus has already won. Amen.
