Hay personas caminando con una sonrisa por fuera… pero vacías por dentro.

Vacías por el estrés.
Vacías por el fracaso.
Vacías por la vergüenza.
Vacías por tratar de cargar la vida en sus propias fuerzas.

Pero Pentecostés nos recuerda algo poderoso:
🔥 Dios todavía llena a las personas vacías.

El mismo Pedro que negó a Jesús… después fue lleno del Espíritu Santo y cambió el mundo con valentía.

There are people walking around smiling on the outside… but empty on the inside.

Empty from stress.
Empty from failure.
Empty from shame.
Empty from trying to carry life in their own strength.

But Pentecost reminds us of something powerful:

🔥 God still fills empty people.

The same Peter who denied Jesus… was later filled with the Holy Spirit and boldly changed the world.

This Sunday we celebrate:

En un mundo obsesionado con seguidores, aplausos y reconocimiento…

Jesús todavía honra la fidelidad.

No todos son llamados al centro de atención.

Algunas de las obras más poderosas del Reino suceden en silencio:
🙏 oraciones que nadie escucha
❤️ sacrificios que nadie nota
🛠️ servir sin reconocimiento
🏠 amar fielmente a tu familia
⛪ mantenerse firme y constante aunque nadie aplauda

Jacobo el Menor es uno de los discípulos menos mencionados en la Biblia…

y aun así Jesús lo escogió.

Porque tu valor no está determinado por cuántas personas conocen tu nombre.

👉 Tu fidelidad sí le importa a Dios.

In a world obsessed with followers, applause, and recognition…

Jesus still honors faithfulness.

Not everybody is called to the spotlight.

Some of the most powerful Kingdom work happens quietly:
🙏 prayers nobody hears
❤️ sacrifices nobody notices
🛠️ serving without recognition
🏠 loving your family faithfully
⛪ showing up consistently even when nobody applauds

James the Lesser is one of the least talked about disciples in Scripture…

and yet Jesus still chose him.

Because your significance is not determined by how many people know your name.

👉 Your faithfulness matters to God.

Algunos de nosotros sabemos exactamente lo que se siente ser ignorados.

Sentirse invisibles.
Malinterpretados.
Rechazados.

Preguntarse si realmente algo bueno puede salir de nuestra vida.

Ahí es exactamente donde estaba Natanael.

Cuando escuchó que Jesús venía de Nazaret, respondió:

👉 “¿De Nazaret puede salir algo bueno?”

Pero antes de que Natanael creyera…
antes de que entendiera…
antes de que decidiera seguir…

Jesús le dijo:

👉 “Yo te vi.”

Some of us know exactly what it feels like to be overlooked.

To feel unseen.
Misunderstood.
Dismissed.

To wonder if anything meaningful could really come from our life.

That’s exactly where Nathanael was.

When he heard Jesus came from Nazareth, he responded:

👉 “Can anything good come from there?”

But before Nathanael ever believed…
before he understood…
before he followed…

Jesus said:

👉 “I saw you.”

Algunos de nosotros no estamos estancados…

simplemente estamos cómodos.

Cómodos en nuestras rutinas.
Cómodos en nuestros hábitos.
Cómodos en lugares de los que sabemos
que Dios ya nos está llamando a salir.

Cuando Jesús vio a Mateo sentado en la mesa,
no esperó a que arreglara su vida.

No le dio primero una lista de cambios.

Simplemente le dijo: “Sígueme.”

Y Mateo se levantó.

Muchos escuchamos el llamado… pero no nos movemos.

Some of us aren’t stuck… we’re just comfortable.

Comfortable in routines.
Comfortable in habits.
Comfortable in places we already know
God is calling us out of.

When Jesus saw Matthew sitting at the table, He didn’t wait for him to clean things up.

He didn’t give him a list of changes first.

He simply said: “Follow me.” And Matthew got up.

A lot of us hear the call… but we don't move.

This Sunday we continue our series:
