Around the Table: Nicholson Family

Tonight, we’re Around the Table with Dale and Janine Nicholson!

Dale and Janine are retired and moved to Garrard County last year to be closer to their family. With three children, eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren, family is a big part of their lives and one of the reasons they now call Garrard County home. They were also looking forward to having a little land of their own, and Dale says he’s stayed pretty busy getting their property just the way they want it!

Since moving to the area, Dale and Janine have visited several churches. One of the things that stood out to them about Victory was the diversity of ages in our church family. We love that people from every generation can come together, worship Jesus, and grow in their faith alongside one another.

Around the table, they talked about the love, hope, and forgiveness the Lord gives us. What a simple but powerful reminder of what we have because of Jesus!

When they have some free time, Janine enjoys arts and crafts, while Dale enjoys fishing and golfing, although lately most of his free time has been spent working on their new property.

We’re thankful Dale and Janine have found their way to Victory and thankful for another great conversation Around the Table! ❤️

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
