This morning we celebrated the incredible blessing of all of our mothers. We did our best to provide the best breakfast possible, so we hope everyone in attendance enjoyed the spread prepared in your honor. Thank you to Chris Fathergill for leading the way. Thank you to everyone who cooked, set up, and cleaned for this wonderful Mother’s Day!

Rather than spending a moment being overly wordy or attempting to be eloquent here, our church wants to say thank you to Mike Denney and his years of love, friendship, support, and service. He exemplified the best qualities of a pastor to our congregation, and we will miss him being in the pulpit. We will miss a side conversation to share a joke. We will miss a wonderful smile and a nod from his seat. We will miss him. We will miss his wife, Cheryl, and her commitment to this church. While we all look forward to sharing a meal with Mike at lunch sometime or stopping in to visit with he and Cheryl, we know this is good-bye to him leading us from the pulpit on Sundays. Please enjoy retirement. Please wish them well. We love you, Mike and Cheryl.
