Tonight's spotlight question: Was Jesus just an ordinary man? Kids found their answer in Matthew 3:13-17, Mark 1:1-11, and John 1:29-34: Jesus is the perfect Son of God who came to be the Savior of the world.

Today's daily point: Jesus is God's perfect Son.

Mission Day 2: bring a little, change a lot. 👶💙

This week our VBS mission is supporting PDHC (Pregnancy Decision Health Centers), who provide free ultrasounds, parenting classes, and material aid to pregnant moms right here in Lancaster.

Last night our kids painted bibs and onesies with their own words of love for the babies who'll wear them. (Jesus loves you, indeed. 🥹)

We also added 94 items to our giving pile, boys brought 65 and girls brought 29, keeping the boys vs. girls challenge alive! We're chasing a goal of 1,000 items by the end of the week.

Four more nights to help us get there. 💙

Today's big question: Who is Jesus? Kids dug into Matthew 16 and landed on the answer: Jesus is God's promised Son, the Messiah.

The memory verse for the week is John 8:12, Jesus is the Light of the World, and anyone who follows Him never walks in darkness.

Four more days of light and truth ahead. Let's go! 💙
