Lettuce Wrap Cheeseburger
All the juicy, cheesy goodness of a classic burger—wrapped in crisp lettuce instead of a bun! Light, refreshing, and perfect for low-carb lifestyles.
Ingredients
1 beef patty (¼ lb ground beef)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 slice cheddar cheese
Large lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)
Tomato slices
Pickles (optional)
1 tbsp mayo or sugar-free burger sauce
Instructions
Season and cook the beef patty in a skillet or grill until done.
Add cheese on top and let it melt.
Wash and pat dry lettuce leaves.
Assemble: lettuce + burger + toppings + sauce.
Wrap tightly and enjoy!
