Molding Our community One Student at a time
We are Mornings On Orange Street (MOOS) which is a before-school childcare program that serves the students and families of Robert Fulton Elementary School in Lancaster, PA. When students were once waiting outside school in cold, blustery weather before school doors opened, we opened our doors to these students, providing a safe sanctuary. In this student sanctuary we provide various activities for the students, a caring volunteer staff, homework help, a breakfast snack, and a guided walk to school. Most parents have claimed that they wouldn’t know what to do without our program since we offer our services for FREE to these families which is unheard of in most of Lancaster county. It is a true blessing to all involved.
