Good Neighbor Day today was tremendous. Our congregation expressed the love of Jesus both inside and outside the church. Thirteen teams went out--teams to shut-ins, to a desert encampment, to downtown for street evangelism, to providing free groceries, to prayer--to name a few. Afterward, everyone came back for free hot dogs and to watch a Pinewood Derby Car Race. It was a fun and rewarding day. We did church differently and it was wonderful. Thank you to all those who led the teams and to a terrific congregation. Blessings, Pastor John (Pictures coming!)

Looking forward to a Great Service tomorrow! All moms who come between 9:15-10:15am get a free specialty coffee and pastry from the Holy Grounds Cafe. After service all ladies get a make-up bag filled with goodies. Tomorrow's message is "Advice from Mothers" with a panel of mothers and a message from Donna Meadors. Good Neighbor Day!
Sunday, May 17th

This is a special day for us to serve our community.

We will meet at the church at 10:30am for prayer and directions and then divide into teams to serve our community.

Currently, we have six teams: a Prayer Team, an Evangelism Team, a Food Pantry/CityServe Team, a Rest Home Team, a Card Writing Team, and a Desert Outreach Team.

We would love for you to be on a team!
