In last Sunday's Gospel, Peter discovers that understanding who Jesus is and understanding what it means to follow Jesus are not necessarily the same thing.

Following Jesus isn't always comfortable.

Sometimes it leads us in directions we wouldn't have chosen. Sometimes it asks us to put aside our own expectations. Sometimes it changes the way we see success, power, and even ourselves.
