Our community of faith, hope, and love has always been a sending community. Over the years, we have helped incubate the faith of countless followers of Jesus - preparing them for the moment the Spirit led them out our doors into His wild world. Now we hear a call to “go” ourselves. When 51 N Market was no longer an option for our meeting space, we considered two options: seek a space another church could share with us or find a new place to meet.
But we felt the peace of the Spirit leading us to another option: release the formal Living Faith organization and invite the community to simply “go” together to a fellow Church of God community in the city. Several years ago we discussed merging with Chestnut Hill Church, but now we are simply walking in faith to join them. Our first day with them will be Sunday, July 7.
