Jennifer Merb will offer Gathering Music. Bob Springer and Connie Casto will share a ministry of music. HymnChoice will wrap up for the month. We'll commission our Property Discernment Team.

All happening Sunday morning at 9:00 or 10:30. It will be a beautiful day to worship God together!

What if you were handed the keys to the kingdom of heaven — not because you had it all together, but simply because you were willing to take the next step in faith?

In Matthew 16:13-20, Jesus asks his disciples the question that still echoes today: "Who do you say that I am?" Peter — a fisherman, impulsive and imperfect — was the one who answered. And Jesus entrusted him with the keys of the kingdom, not as a privilege, but as a responsibility to carry the good news beyond himself.

Pastor Nikki reminded us on Sunday that we do not need to be fully formed or perfectly prepared. The apostolic mission has been passed on to all of us. The keys are already in our hands. The only question is where we will carry the grace of Christ in our generation.

Join us as we walk together in that calling.

What if the problem was never out there -- but in here? This Sunday, Pastor Nikki brought a powerful message from Matthew 15:10-20, where Jesus challenges the Pharisees' outside-in approach to holiness and calls us to something deeper: a transformed heart.

It is not what goes into us that defiles, but what flows out. Jesus reminds us that real change is not a fresh coat of paint over old imperfections -- it is the hard, necessary prep work of letting God work inside of us.

Paired with the beautiful simplicity of Psalm 133, which speaks of how good and pleasant it is when God's people dwell together in unity, this message is a call to let God clean the filter of our hearts so that grace, truth, and compassion can overflow into the world around us.

We cannot simply filter the world -- but we can let God transform our filter.
