🎓 Graduation Sunday is almost here! 🎉

This Sunday, we have the joy of celebrating some important milestones in the lives of our NextGen students!

✨ Our 5th graders will be moving up to middle school and joining .avlifechurch !

✨ Our 8th graders will be stepping into high school!

✨ Our high school graduates will be honored as they prepare for their next chapter!

We will also be celebrating all of our Life Kids students as they move up one grade level. If you have an incoming Kindergartener, they will begin joining our K–1 classroom this Sunday.

As a special part of the celebration, all K–5th grade students will join parents in the sanctuary for worship so they can help cheer on our students before being dismissed to their classrooms. Our youth students will remain in the sanctuary for the entire service.

We can’t wait to celebrate God’s faithfulness in every season and pray over the next steps for these amazing students and families. Join us Sunday at 10 AM!

Our Women’s Gathering at Pastor Sharon’s house was filled with encouragement, laughter, prayer, and the kind of conversations that remind us we are not meant to walk this journey alone. It was such a gift to hear so many women share truth from God’s Word, personal testimonies, and words of encouragement that strengthened our faith and pointed our hearts back to Jesus!

We are grateful for every woman who came, shared, listened, and created space for community. Afternoons like these remind us of the beauty of gathering together, growing together, and carrying one another’s burdens.

Thank you, ladies, for making it such a meaningful evening. We can’t wait for the next one! 💐✨

Pentecost Sunday at Life Church

Sunday we celebrated the birth of the Church and the empowering of the Holy Spirit. We gathered in worship, thankfulness, surrender, and expectation for all God desires to do in and through His people!

As we looked at Elijah on Mount Carmel and the outpouring of the Spirit in Acts 2, we were reminded:

🔥 Repair the altar
🔥 Soak the altar
🔥 Burn the altar

We want to be a people who are built up, soaked in His presence, and burning with passion for Jesus and His mission!

Tomorrow is Pentecost Sunday - the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2, when ordinary people were filled with God’s power and sent out to bring hope to the world. Pentecost reminds us that the Church is alive, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and still moving with purpose today!

We can’t wait to worship, pray, celebrate, and make room for all God wants to do together tomorrow morning!

July 6–8 from 6–8PM, kids will travel through the winding path of the Apostle Peter’s life and discover how following Jesus changes the game! 🙌

We are so thankful for the way God has been moving in our church family!

This past Sunday was filled with powerful moments of surrender, repentance, worship, prayer, and people being reminded that they are called and sent to carry the hope of Jesus into their everyday lives.

We never want to take these moments lightly. We are grateful for every life being touched, every heart being softened, and every person responding to the Lord!

If the Lord has been speaking to you, encouraging you, or doing something in your life through these gatherings, we would love to hear your story.

Today was special. There were moments of repentance, surrender, healing, and the overwhelming presence of God moving. We also experienced a powerful moment of commissioning - a reminder that we are called to carry the hope and love of Jesus into the places and people who desperately need Him.
