It is about finding God's purpose and living a worshipful life built on the foundation of God's Word, despite life's challenges and our own shortcomings. At Worship Center, we look to Scripture and to the Holy Spirit for greater purpose in life, as well as through genuine relationships, inspiring community, and generously serving those in need.

Nehemiah gives us a good example of giving God permission to trouble us with what troubles Him, leading us into taking courageous action as we respond to God.

Our prayer is that we would hear the Word of God and act upon it as He directs us to build His Kingdom through the power of the Holy Spirit.

John 17:21 (NLT) says, “I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.”

This is how Jesus prays for oneness among believers; not that we would agree on every secondary issue, but that we would be united in Him for all the world to see.

Our oneness is the evidence the world needs to believe the Gospel is true.

God’s desire is for His Church to be one: prayed for before we ever believed, rooted in a shared foundation rather than sameness, and lived out so the world would see it and believe.

Oneness in the church isn’t something believers manufacture by trying harder, it’s a gift that flows from being rooted in Christ. And we’re invited to pray for it.
