Childrens Church was FULL yesterday!

We started off the morning with worship together with the toddlers and dove right into the last of our series “Being Special to God”

In John 10:11-15…. Jesus shares that HE is the Good Shepherd! He cares for the sheep and protects them. More than that… Jesus shares the He willingly lays down his life for the sheep. Something that no one else is willing to do.
WE ARE THE SHEEP Jesus is talking about… we are SPECIAL to him and he wants us to know that. He loves and cares for us so deeply!

You and I should feel and know that we are special…. We have a God and Savior who is willing to go to great links to protect us and lead us into safe and loving places so that we can grow, mature and become who he created for us to be - His Children!

We got to create our own sheep with pretzels and marshmallows , spend time going thru the Back To School Prayers Stations and then playing Liberty together to round our time together.

Thank You Lord for a great day with our Family of God‼️ THANK YOU Lord for being our GREAT SHEPHERD and allowing us to experience YOU‼️

What would happen if you just let go and let God? What if the little boy wouldn’t have let go of his lunch from feeding of the 5000? Big things can happen when we allow God to do a work in our lives! Even in our kids lives! Help us teach them to just have faith and let God….

Hey kids and families! Be sure to carve out a few minutes this Thursday for some prayer time! This event is come and go from 5 PM to 7 PM….you’ll work your way through a few prayer stations as a family and then be on your way!

LCN family, we need your help! As we move closer to our Living Nativity, there will be several opportunities for you to help us get ready! The first HUGE opportunity is a Costume Sewing Day scheduled for today, August 15th, at 10 AM at the church. We have several costumes to make in preparation for the event. Even if you can't sew, you can help cut material, steam costumes, fold, organize finished costumes, clean up, and so much more. We will have fun as we always do when we gather together as family. ❤
