Metron Ministries This is a really hard and weird time to be in ministry vocationally. We are here to help you navigate this season of change.

God has called us to pour into churches in this unique season 1) A fresh experience of the Holy Spirit's presence and power and 2) Clarity on what leadership looks like in these times. We are navigating the most challenging season for the Church and pastors in most of our lifetimes. This is a really hard and weird time to be in ministry vocationally - change feels like it's swirling around us cons

tantly and the job is more challenging than any of us anticipated it would be. This is what God has called us to pour into churches in this unique season:

* A fresh experience of the Holy Spirit's presence and power. The Spirit of God is the energizing force that can carry us through these hard times, and we believe every church needs catalytic moments of his refreshing presence to keep the tank from getting empty.

* Clarity on what leadership looks like in this season. Leadership in times of great change is different than other times. We have to be more adaptive and flexible, letting things we have held on to take new forms, and at the same time holding more tightly than ever to the core of our assignment. We want to help you navigate that challenging balance effectively.

Quick update: I am 7 days out of knee replacement surgery and recovering at home. Still in Lancaster, Ohio and in a small apartment to simplify my covalescence. I will likely be laid up for 2 to 3 weeks and several more before we can hit the road. Thank you for you prayers and encouragement
