College Student Spotlight! ⭐️

Alanya did an incredible job organizing and leading such an impactful event at Lee Central High School! Coordinating the event, sharing vital information on COVID-19 and mental health, and facilitating a Q&A session shows her dedication as a Community Health Worker. Congratulations to her on this success!

Kudos to Jordan as well for taking time during his Winter Break to inspire students with his college experience. It’s always valuable for young people to hear firsthand perspectives from those a little ahead of them on their educational journey. Keep up the great work, both of you!

COC Youth Spotlight: Alanya McCall

Hot off the Press from SCSU‼️

Alanya is currently a Sophmore studying Public Health Education. She was recently selected to join the university’s Public Health Grant Team where she’s applying real-world application and skills in a professional setting.

This selection has afforded her several opportunities to network, coordinate, plan and execute informative health sessions on and off campus!
