Employment Management Services is a robust job placement program that is like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. The marketplace is changing rapidly and EMS is highly engaged with the employers of today to ensure that CCU students are prepared and launched into success. This initiative exists to achieve the following three goals:

- To provide employment opportunities for students to earn an

income while going to school so they can afford to stay in college and complete their degree

- To provide employment opportunities and elective credits to help students graduate with little to no student loan debt

- To provide meaningful work experience so students are competitive for Bachelor level positions upon graduation
