Today we celebrate two important symbols of our nation’s strength and freedom.

On Flag Day, we honor the Stars and Stripes and all that our flag represents. We also recognize the 251st Birthday of the U.S. Army, established on June 14, 1775, and the generations of Soldiers who have answered the call to serve our country.

Thank you to all Army veterans, active-duty soldiers, and military families for your dedication, sacrifice, and service.

⚾🇺🇸 Hometown Heroes Day with the Lakeville Loonatics! 🇺🇸⚾

Our Lakeville VFW Post 210 is a proud sponsor of the Lakeville Loonatics and we’d would love to see everyone come out tomorrow, June 14, as the Loonatics honor our hometown heroes: Lakeville Police, Fire, EMTs, and Veterans.

🎫 FREE admission for Veterans!

We know this is short notice, but let’s fill the stands and show our support for the Loonatics, our first responders, and our fellow veterans.

Today we celebrate National Women Veterans Recognition Day and take a moment to recognize the incredible women who have served our country.

Whether they served stateside or overseas, during peace or conflict, women Veterans have answered the call with courage, strength, and dedication. Their service has helped protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

To all women Veterans, thank you for your sacrifice, your commitment, and your love of country. We are grateful for all you’ve done and continue to do for your communities.

The Mid-Winter Conference has officially come to an end, and it was an incredibly informative and enjoyable weekend filled with meaningful discussions, collaboration, and camaraderie. I am especially excited and honored to share that we were awarded 1st Place in Category 2 (Memorial) in the Poppy Display Contest. This recognition is a true testament to the hard work, creativity, and dedication that went into creating our display that honors our veterans and their sacrifice.
