THE MINISTRY OF ANGELS AMONG US
MGHM. January 30, 2026

PRAYER – Ephesians 1:17-18 – “I pray to the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insights into mysteries and
secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him. That the eyes of your understanding
might be flooded with light so that you can know the hope to which He has called you and
how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones)…”

INTRODUCTION – In every resource that I’ve looked at, the ministers all agree that praying
God’s word back to God activates His angels on our behalf. Charles Capps says this in his
book Angels. Annette Capps says the same thing. Joseph Z says the same thing in his book, Servants of Fire. The Copelands both teach how to do this to activate our angels.

In Isaiah 55:10 and 11 we see why this is so important. Verse 10 says that God’s word is like the rain and snow. “Just as the rain and snow come down from the heavens and return not there again, but water the earth and make it bring forth and sprout…(11) So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth; it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect] but it shall accomplish that which I please and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
God’s Word was sent to save, heal, deliver and protect us.
When we engage with God’s Word and pray it back to Him in heaven, then our angels get activated and bring about what the Word says here on earth. [Let me give you an example of how this works.] God’s angels hearken or listen to the voice of his word. We give that word voice. When we speak it aloud, the angels hear God’s word and get the promises to us.

Many of God’s angels are standing by us to do His word when we give it voice. God sends us
His Word. We look at His word. We believe His Word. We speak forth His Word. The angels
listen to His Word and do His commands for us.
Our angels are ministering spirits whom we can command by praying God’s word back to
Him. Hebrews 1:14 says, “Are not [the angels] ministering spirits sent forth to minister for
them who shall be heirs of salvation.” That’s us! We’re the “heirs” according to Galatians
3:29 says, “And if you be Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the
promise.”
The angels of God are assigned to administer the blessing of Abraham to his seed [heirs] here on the earth. We may not be Jews by birth, but according to God’s Word, we are also the
seed of Abraham because of our belonging to Christ and we are heirs to the blessing of
Abraham.
