Our mission of the week this week is the Mid-South Christian College based in Memphis, TN. The leaders here chose this mission because one of the focuses of the college is to train preachers from other countries, and make sure they go back to their native country. The Lakeport Church here has a great heart for missions, and Mid-South Christian College helps us partner, not just with the college, but with the many they train to carry the Gospel back to their home countries.

So please be in prayer for the college this week. And if you have an opportunity, go out and read all about what the college is doing to the glory of God, and for the sake of the kingdom!

Because we now have 12 missions we support monthly, this week we will start to spotlight one of the mission each week (instead of one a month).

You all are doing a FANTASTIC job giving to the Faith Promise! Because God is blessing us, we are able to bless so many others by partnering with them through our giving.

Our first mission of the week will be the Christian HolyLand Foundation! To read more about the mission, you can go out to their website at www.chlf.org As you go through your week praying, please make sure you lift up the Christian HolyLand Foundation. All glory is to our God!
