Martin Luther made significant theological contributions that strengthened Christianity in the 1500s. I’m grateful. But SADLY… one of those major contributions was the advancement of Replacement Theology / Supersessionism and Luther’s hatred of the Jews.

Luther’s augmented take on Replacement Theology proved to be a booster vaccination of poison mainlined into the veins of the Church. Not only did his teaching prove to give theological & cultural support for the Holocaust… but that poison is still coursing through the pulpits and pews today.

One of Luther’s infamous works, “On the Jews and Their Lies” (1543), is a 65,000-word text of vulgar, defamatory language attacking Jews and their religious beliefs. He argued that because Jews rejected Jesus as the Messiah, they were no longer God’s chosen people.

FOLLOWING are the main points of Luther’s hate-filled Church indoctrination against the Jews. It’s sad, but true.

We must identify the cancer before we can eradicate it.

1. their ignorance — of God’s continued plan with Israel
2. their arrogance — prideful attitude of replacement vs gratitude for inclusion.
