Heart of the Father Ministry We're a Spirit-filled, community focused church with a desire to fully pursue Jesus. The Elders operate as a team and not a hierarchy.

Heart of the Father Ministry endorses and believes in plurality of Eldership. They make joint decisions in regards to the finances, life, and well being of the church. There is a regular preaching schedule that they rotate in as well. We believe that there is strength and accountability in multiple brothers gathering to seek the Lord and operate as a unit according to the New Testament pattern shown in the book of Acts and the Epistles.
