Sunday was a beautiful reminder that God is faithful in every season and every generation! 🌿💧

We celebrated three baptisms and kicked off our new series, Rooted, with the message “Rooted in Christ.”

Healthy faith isn’t built on hype or convenience — it’s built on deep roots in Jesus.

Deep roots survive the storm.

As we began our new series "Rooted", Pastor Stan reminded us that storms don't create our roots—they reveal them. When our lives are rooted in Christ, we have something beneath us that doesn't move, even when circumstances, emotions, and culture do.

Spiritual roots grow slowly and consistently through prayer, Scripture, worship, obedience, and community. We don't chase the fruit—we grow healthy roots, and the fruit follows.

Go deep before you go far.

Familiarity can make us stop expecting God to speak.

Don’t come to church or into His presence on autopilot. Come expectant. Ask, “Holy Spirit, what are You saying to me?”

A window says, "Lord, show them."

God's Word isn't meant to help us point out what's wrong with everyone else. It's meant to transform us.

Open scripture and let God speak to your heart today. Ask Him, "What do You want to change in me?"

Somebody needed to hear that… and sometimes that somebody is us.

Pastor Jonathan reminded us that God's Word isn't meant to be a window we use to see what's wrong with everyone else. It's a mirror that invites us to look honestly at our own hearts.

Instead of asking, "Who else needed to hear this?” we can ask, “Holy Spirit, what are You saying to me?”

Real growth happens when we don't just hear God's Word, but allow it to change us.
