LBC Family, things are really starting to come together!

Tonight was another big step forward on our fellowship hall project. The new front doors are installed (they still need to be painted), and we’re excited to see it all taking shape!

✅ Kitchen framed
✅ Pantry framed
✅ Furnace room framed
🚧 Bathrooms and coat closet are now being framed.

We are so thankful for the Munsons and all the men who came out tonight to help get the front doors installed. Their willingness to serve has been such a tremendous blessing to our church family.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed, given, worked, and encouraged throughout this project. It’s amazing to watch the Lord put everything together, one step at a time.

“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Hebrews 10:24–25

We are praising the Lord today!

Liberty Baptist Church is excited to announce that we have a new to us church bus! We are so thankful for the Lord’s provision and His perfect timing.

We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to New Life Baptist Church and Pastor Preston Judd for thinking of us and making this opportunity possible. We truly appreciate your kindness and your desire to help us continue reaching people with the Gospel.

We can’t wait to put this bus to work this Sunday! Please pray with us that God would fill every seat with boys, girls, teens, and adults who need to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our theme this year is So Much the More from Hebrews 10:25, and we pray this bus will help us reach so much the more for the glory of God! 🚍❤️

Join us tomorrow evening at 7:00 PM for our Midweek Service at Liberty Baptist Church!

We have something for the whole family:
✅ Nursery
✅ Children’s Classes (Kindergarten–6th Grade)
✅ Teen and Adult Bible Study

We are also excited to have missionary Abigail Lucero with us. Abigail is a missionary appointee to the Netherlands through Baptist Mid-Missions and has a special burden for reaching the Deaf community with the Gospel. She will be presenting her ministry and sharing how God is leading her to serve in the Netherlands.

Following the presentation, we will continue our Thursday night series on Baptist History as we study the Reformation Period and its impact on Bible believing Christianity.

We are thankful for God’s hand in the ministry and for His continued blessings on Liberty Baptist Church. We are especially grateful for the Munsons with God’s Handyman Ministries as they prepare to install our new front doors this week, frame the kitchen, bathrooms, furnace room, and pantry, and help us get ready for the cultured stone and front porch area. (The generated photo below gives an idea of what it will look like, though the color of the stone is not exact.)

We are excited to see the progress God is allowing us to make as we continue work on our new fellowship hall. Thank you, LBC family, for your prayers, faithful giving, and willingness to serve. We are looking forward to all that God has in store as we continue to grow together.

What a wonderful Lord’s Day yesterday at Liberty Baptist Church!

We are so thankful for everyone who helped with VBS, our Father’s Day celebration, bounce houses, and all those who served behind the scenes. From setting up at 8:00 in the morning until putting everything away around 4:00 in the afternoon, many people gave of themselves to make the day special.

The Lord blessed us with around 80 in Sunday School and 126 in the morning service. But more important than the numbers, every child who attended VBS received the Word of God in their hands and spent the week hiding God’s Word in their hearts through Scripture memory. There is no greater gift we can give than the truth of God’s Word.

We praise the Lord for every child, every family, and every visitor He brought our way. Thank you, church family, for your faithfulness and labor of love. To God be all the glory as we continue reaching our community “so much the more” (Hebrews 10:25).

Good morning, LBC family!

Just a reminder that tomorrow is VBS Awards Day and Father’s Day! We are looking forward to a wonderful day together as we celebrate all that God has done this week.

Evangelist Rick Mitchell will be teaching the Adult Sunday School class, and Pastor Ross will be preaching a message entitled, “At the Foot of the Cross.”

After the service, we’ll enjoy a great time of fellowship with bounce houses, hot dogs, hamburgers, and cotton candy. Each father will also receive a special gift as we honor and thank them.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow! Invite a friend and come expecting a great day in the Lord’s house.
