First Friday Eucharistic Adoration 🕊️✨

"Could you not watch with me one hour?" (Matthew 26:40)

Join us this First Friday for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the church (immediately following the 8:30 AM Mass).

Take a quiet moment away from the busy week to rest, pray, and spend time in the true presence of our Lord. Whether you can stay for the whole morning or just drop in for 10 minutes, all are welcome.

Come and be refreshed in His presence! 🙏💙

Monday (Labor Day): 10:00 AM Mass

🏛️ Office Notice: The Ministry Center is closed Friday through Monday and reopens Tuesday at 9:00 AM.

Got a stash of plastic grocery bags piling up at home? Put them to good use for our neighbors in need!

Emmaus House is in need of clean, gently used plastic grocery bags to help pack and distribute food and essentials to local families.

If you have extras to spare, please drop them off in the designated donation bins in the church gathering space / Ministry Center. Every bag helps us serve our community with dignity and care!

Thank you for your continued kindness and generosity toward our outreach ministries! 🙏💙

Please consider recycling clean plastic grocery bags for use in the Emmaus House Sunday Harvest Room. Bags may be dropped off in Fr. Valker Hall or placed in the SVdP Gathering Space food basket, marked "Harvest Room."

Raw honesty with God changes everything. The prophet Jeremiah didn’t hold back his anger, grief, or confusion—he brought all of it straight to the Lord. And right in the middle of that vulnerability, he experienced God’s unfailing presence and strength.

Your struggles, doubts, and heavy days do not disqualify you from God's love or near presence. He welcomes every honest cry of your heart.

Bring whatever you are carrying to prayer this week, knowing that our Lord walks with you as your greatest champion and protector. 🙏💙

A warm welcome to Fr. Gerald! 🕊️⛪️✨

Please join our parish family in giving a joyful and heartfelt welcome to Fr. Gerald, our new Associate Pastor at St. Francis de Sales!

We are so blessed to have him join our pastoral team alongside Fr. Christian, and we look forward to all the gifts, wisdom, and pastoral care he will bring to our community, school, and ministries.

Be sure to say hello and introduce yourself after Mass this week. Let’s keep Fr. Gerald in our prayers as he settles in and begins his ministry here in Lake Zurich!

Officially welcoming our new seminarians! 🕊️⛪️✨ William, Ben, and Alex joined us for their very first Sunday of Masses at St. Francis de Sales!

We could not be more excited to walk alongside them, witness their growth and development, and share our parish life with them throughout this upcoming formation year.
