A family at church is helping students with their cost to go to either Montana on our missions trip or St Louis on our National Youth Conference / Fine Arts trip.

We are helping them with moving furniture and helping them to sell furniture. Here are the specs:
Table and china cabinet for $300.00
Bedroom queen lift bed, mattress, dresser and end table for $300.00
Black table and chairs for $250.00
Entertainment center for $200.00
Washer & dryer for $250.00

stats suggest that the most difficult years of a child are the middle school years. physically. mentally. in every facet of life. so when eighth graders graduate, we like to go BIG in celebrating and honoring them!

this past weekend, we had a night out in Tega Cay! we grabbed some of the best chicken around at / did some mini golf at / and then grabbed some ice cream at / it was a night full of food and fun!

as a youth pastor, I’m so proud of each one of them. in their own way, they’re overcoming life’s challenges while doing their best to hold onto God and His unchanging Word!

eighth grade graduates… keep your head held high. know He’ll never leave you or forsake you. know Whose you are. your best days are in front of you!

this post from fully expresses Lisa and I’s heart. for some, today is a beautiful reminder of what one has. for others, it’s a painful reminder of what one doesn’t have. no matter where you are today, Lisa and myself want you to know that you’re loved and seen.

🎉🥳HAPPY BIRTHDAY, pastor Dave!!!!
His birthday was yesterday, but let’s all leave him some love here anyways.

We are thankful for p. Dave! For all he does for our group, for our students, for his heart for this generation. He is such a big blessing to our student ministry in so many ways. From feeding us 🍕 every month with countless pizza and with God’s word 😆 to playing with us, organizing, driving, traveling with us, leading us, equipping us showing up equally when there’s a celebration or a need in our group. He has a heart of gold. 💛

there wouldn’t be a Resurrection Sunday if it wasn’t for a Good Friday.

for the first time, LWSM is hosting a Good Friday service tonight. and we’re opening it up to the whole family.

at 7, we’ll gather in the student center for a time of worship with / our setlist will remind us of His sacrifice and the blood that was shed. after, Pastor Dave will speak on the subject, ‘Even On His Worst Day…’ we’ll hear a message of what that Friday means for us today. then, we’ll have a time of communion. and before we dismiss, families will worship to the song, Plead The Blood which was written by Brandon Lake and Cody Carnes.

from the youngest to the oldest, let’s come out and honor what this day is all about.
