On Sunday, we celebrated the 40th anniversary of Rev. Bill’s ordination to ministry. The celebration began with a joyful procession of church family members led by “Dr. Sweetcheeks” (aka retired pastor Steve Knitter).

To commemorate Rev. Bill’s 40 years of faithful ministry, 40 members of the congregation each dropped a coin into the shofar. The congregation also shared their love and appreciation with cards, gifts, and heartfelt congratulations.

We give thanks for Rev. Bill’s dedication, leadership, and service to God and the church over these many years. Congratulations on 40 years of ministry!

What a beautiful sight in worship on Mother’s Day as so many of the ladies wore their favorite hats to church! From elegant and classic to fun and colorful, each hat added a special touch to our celebration. 👒
