Little Help Food Pantry is open today from 9:30am-12:30pm at the Lake Village Presbyterian Church. Sharing food with our community. Open to families who live within the North Newton School District, Shelby and Schneider. We have meat, canned goods and other supplies. With the kids out of school there are more people to feed. Don’t go without.
Please Come! Please bring your photo id. We are open now, so don’t delay!

SBA has extended its application process for an additional 60 day grace period. Lake Village Residents with tornado damage, this might be for you!

Come join us for Sunday morning worship! On Sunday, June 7th we welcome Mr. Kaden Smith from Olivet University. His message title is Faith in Fear based off of Mark 4:35-40.
A familiar Bible passage of overcoming fear in the midst of trouble.
Kaden will be with us on and off this summer sharing Gods word. We are very thankful for his willingness to come!
Don’t have a church home? That’s ok… stop in for a visit! Families Welcome!

Thank You All so very much to ALL who participated in the 2026 Riding For Christ Motorcycle Ride! We had 22 bikes and nearly as many riders. People from our community and those surrounding communities joined us for a beautiful 4 hour ride through the countryside. The weather was perfect! Thank you to the Freedom Riders for blocking for us. Thank you to Lorrie and Cole. They were in the chase vehicle (in case of a motorcycle breakdown). They provided water and snacks.
Thank you to the Lake Village Presbyterian church ladies and gents for making a great meal for us to enjoy! It was delicious! Thank you to Family Express for donating donuts!
Thank you to all of the local vendors who donated gift items for the raffle and those larger items for the silent auction.
And the winner is…
Vikki and Cole pulled out our numbers for the many raffle baskets. We had close to 40 baskets that were given away with 5 larger silent auction items.
Cole was the high bidder on the silent auction bicycle. He is pictured below and was happy to get it! ❤️😊🚲
Thank you to the Angel Care Team for their preparation and hard work for a successful day!
All proceeds of this event go to the church to help support great ministries such as Community Vacation Bible School, the Little Help Food Pantry and so much more!

Last Sunday, May 24th we honored our 2026 Graduates. We also celebrated Pentecost Sunday by wearing red and we also remembered those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to our nation by honoring those for Memorial Day!
We honored graduates: Uri, Savanna, Addison and Erik. 4 Different schools were represented. Uri: South Newton, Savanna: North Newton, Addison: Lowell and Erik just graduated from Olivet University. We are so very proud of each of their accomplishments. God has special plans for each of them. ❤️❤️ Linda from Christian Education read their many school accomplishments. Gifts and cards were given to them from the ACT team.
Pastor shared a creative message based on Dr. Seuss… “Oh The Places You Will Go” and we shared Holy Communion.
Savanna played the piano and Joseph (The Holloways Exchange Student) played the violin. We have enjoyed Joseph so much and will miss him.
We watched Memorial Day and Graduation videos and enjoyed some patriotic music. The new sound system is so nice! Each week it just gets better.
After worship, (Addison had to go to work) so Savanna and Uri cut the celebratory cake after Worship. Pictures of the graduates and their families with Pastor Jay are below.
This Sunday, May 31st Uri & Savanna will graduate. Addison will on June 9th.
If you see them, please congratulate them! They are all very great kids.
We had a wonderful full day in the house of the Lord. ❤️🎉

Tomorrow, May 30th join us for a beautiful day to ride! The Lake Village Presbyterian Church Annual Riding for Christ Motorcycle Ride kicks off. Registration begins at 9:30am with Kick stands up at 10:30am. We will ride approximately 3-4 hours throughout Newton and Jasper County. A few stops along the way and finish up with a late lunch at the church hosted by the Presbyterian Ladies and Gents. The ride and lunch are included in the registration fee! Following lunch we will share raffle baskets and silent auction items. LOTS OF GREAT ITEMS to choose from.
