Renew at CCLS

Renew at CCLS Renew is Calvary's college- & career-age ministry. We meet on Tuesdays at 7-8:30 every week! Renew is Calvary's 20-something ministry.

It is a self-managed group geared toward people who have graduated high school and are under 30. Our hope and prayer is that those attending will be renewed by the filling of the Holy Spirit, the reading of God’s Word and fellowship with others. Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

Hey Renewbies! I wanted to see if any of you would like to help with the Father Daughter Dance as a volunteer. We are in need of some people to help with games (4) and crafts (4) and a couple to help restock snacks (2). Beginning this Wednesday at Calvary Chapel Lake Stevens, we are starting a new monthly service. Instead of the usual, dinner, worship and longer study, on every second Wednesday of every month we will have a slightly different format. The main idea, is to have worship, a short meditation, then an extended time of worship with communion. Should be a really sweet time, and we are excited about it. Anyone is welcome!

Tonight we are starting a teaching series in the book of Leviticus. We will learn how Christ is in the offering. What offering you might ask? Come and find out, and feel free to read ahead in chapters 6-7. Come at 6:30 for dinner and fellowship. Worship will begin at 7pm, followed by prayer, teaching, then more fellowship! Hope to see you there!
