October may be the season of costumes, mystery, and playful tricks and treats, but it's also a sacred time to reach within and beyond ourselves, to seek meaning and guidance from beyond the veil, to honor those who came before us, and to celebrate the love that never dies.

At TNSA, spiritual connection isn't a trick or a treat. It's a tradition rooted in generations of exploration, experience, and wisdom passed down through our ancestors, elders, and spiritual communities.

Mediumship, spiritual healing, Tarot, and other intuitive practices offer different pathways to the same thing: connection. Connection to ourselves, to one another, to Spirit, and to something greater than what we can see.

As the days grow shorter and the world turns inward, we invite you to come together with us, lift the veil, and embrace this sacred season of reflection, openness, and spiritual empowerment.

The Lake Pleasant Recovery Dharma group meets at TNSA every Tuesday (October 20th) from 11 a.m.-noon. This is a pay-from-the-heart event based on peer-led Buddhist principles.
Voices in the Village — an open mic hosted by Tobey Sol LaRoche — meets the 3rd Tuesday (October 20th) of every month at TNSA. Sign up is from 6-6:30 p.m., followed by music until 9. Suggested donation is from $5-$10 and the event will be filmed by MCTV for later telecast.
The Lake Pleasant AA Group meets at TNSA every Wednesday (October 21st) from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and is a pay-from-the-heart event.
The Teen and Kids Lofi Lab, an art and music program to relax tensions away, sponsored by the Montague Libraries meets Thursday, October 22nd from 4-5 p.m. at TNSA.
Film-maker turned musician Steve Alves, a Pond Lily Project member, which culminated September 26th in a concert at Shea Theater in Turners Falls, will do an Open Rehearsal also Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at TNSA in preparation for a Wendell Meetinghouse concert November 1st at 4 p.m. of 18 of his own songs.
Drop-In Fridays (October 23rd) from 11 a.m.-1 p.m, are conducted weekly at TNSA for visitors to learn about TNSA, or discuss spiritual matters, and is a pay-from-the-heart event.
In the spirit(s) of Halloween, Owlsy’s Owls will perform a Grateful for the Dead concert at TNSA on Saturday (October 24th) from 6-9 p.m. Costumes welcome … and dancing, too. This event is a benefit for TNSA’s historic Thompson Temple. Suggested donation is $10-$15.
The speaker Sunday (October 25th) from 1-2:30 p.m. will be Rev. Andrea Krawczyk, director of the Thompson Temple Institute, TNSA’s educational branch.

🌿 Connie, a TNSA board member and lifelong Spiritualist, is a certified medium and healer whose warmth, wisdom, and heart-centered approach reflect her deep love of Spirit and spiritual connection.

A Spiritualist Lens on Appalachia and Living Among the Elements

Join us at The National Spiritual Alliance THIS FRI 10/16 for a special evening of music, storytelling, and connection to the spirit of Appalachia and the natural world.

Folklorist-musicians Michael and Carrie Kline bring a lifetime of Appalachian music and culture to the stage, sharing songs and stories that travel from ancient caves to kitchen gatherings, carrying the traditions, history, and spirit of the mountains.

Joining them are three wonderful musicians from our own Pioneer Valley:

🎻 Joe Blumenthal, whose upright bass has accompanied everything from Klezmer and Balkan music to Bluegrass and Old-Time traditions.

🎶 Jim Armenti, beloved Western Massachusetts musician of the Lonesome Brothers and Young at Heart Chorus, bringing his dynamic mandolin playing.

🌸 Claire Dacey, singer-songwriter whose music draws from the heart and natural world, blending her powerful voice with stirring viola.

Together, these five musicians invite us to explore the connections between music, nature, spirit, and the human experience.

The Lake Pleasant Spiritual Discussion Group meets the 1st and 2nd Tuesday (October 13th) of each month from 4-5:30 p.m. in-person at TNSA and via Zoom. This is a pay-from-the-heart event led by Rev. Andrea Krawczyk.
The Lake Pleasant AA Group meets at TNSA every Wednesday (October 14th) from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and is a pay-from-the-heart event.

The speaker and medium next Sunday (October 18th) from 1-2:30 p.m. will be Cheryl Funk of the Healing Hands of Light Spiritualist Church in Chicopee and the medium will be Rev. Kim Wright.

Jane Janovsky is a certified medium with the Healing Hands of Light Spiritualist Church in Chicopee, MA.
She teaches weekly online classes in psychic and intuitive development and hosts a seasonal in-person development circle.

Join us weekly at 1 pm for in person and (when available) livestreamed Services here on Facebook. Inspirational speaker, joyful group singing, group Spiritual healing and, of course, Spirit messages from the platform.
