Join us this Wednesday for Singing a Journey of Freedom: Songs of Slavery & Emancipation, a powerful concert experience that brings history to life through the songs that sustained generations through struggle, hope, and liberation.

Whoa, it's Friday! Postcard Friday, that is! This postcard is of the Lake Placid Methodist Church, now Adirondack Community Church, and is signed on the back "President of Board of Trustees" with the date of their "Annual Meeting, March 10, 1938!" There is so much history within our community, and here on social media we skim just the surface of topics... If you want more information on any and all topics, be sure to join us at the History Museum! The countdown is on for our opening date on Memorial Day weekend!
