Youth Group for 7th-12th grade kicks off THIS Wednesday in Harris! They will plan to meet this year from 6:15-7:45 on the 2nd (in Harris) and 4th (in Lake Park) Wednesdays, unless otherwise informed!

All 7-12th graders are welcome, no membership required! Come grow with us!

We are excited to share that Bishop Mark Webb has been assigned to serve Area 3 in the Global Methodist Church which includes our Upper Midwest Conference. We look forward to being blessed by his leadership for the next 6 years. Praise the Lord.

Lake Park Methodist Church library has many new titles! Come in and take a look! The library also has the complete set of Laura Ingalls Wilder Little House On The Prairie along with A Little House Christmas and the complete set about Rose,Laura's daughter. Netflix has come out with a new Little House series that is bringing back the stories!

The Harris-Lake Park School staff recently had John O'Leary speak to them during in service. John O'Leary is a motivational speaker and author. The church library has two of his books, On Fire and In Awe. The movie, Soul on Fire is about John's survival of being severely burned as a child. The movie can be watched on Amazon.

You can visit the church library during the week and before and after church service on Sundays!

Sunday, August 30 Lake Park Methodist Church will be "Blessing the Backpacks". Please join us for worship on Sunday. Students be sure to bring your backpacks and receive a little something to put inside your backpack for school!
